pricey low quality merchandise surprisingly for a flagship store with no stock for the school ballet flats wanted by my gal's school. you are better off ordering online for leos and cheaper dance and gym stuff. do not see the need to travel all the way there and pay expensive parking for stocks that are not available even after calling to confirm. many staff but all acted busy when need ask for the stock in the store. few times there to get school supplies, all the time frustrated walking out of the store.

Their online purchase system and customer service need to be revisited by Sonata management team. Sonata delivered a wrong product. Without any apology they requested for a whole day to exchange. When I asked for a cancelation, Sonata CS says they cannot charge back to my credit card as the government guides, but they keep as the credit for the future purchase. I don't buy their story . I recommend to go their store and buy offline or go to a different online site to buy Dance gears.

Experienced very bad service with a male sales, it is already 1 month that I am trying to get refund , at least excuses for the behavior and the sales methods. the sales guy sold a pair of orthopedic ballet shoes to my daughter which was not what she asked for and she told him even the reference of her last ballet shoes. She told him it was painfull and she was not feeling well but he pushed her to buy this one not another one . It seems this is the same sales man as previous review . The customer team does not really care . Another girl of the ballet team had issues with this shop , the products sold are good quality .

Experienced very bad service today with a male sales, he picked up a wrong size for my kid, I told him it was not right when kid puts on and need to change to smaller one, but he is not patient at all, he was like, either get this or go. It is the shop that ballet teacher requires to get it otherwise I will leave immediately. Missing very much my last time excellent shopping experience here with the help from the other two female sales, they guided us how to select a proper ballet shoes for the kid that I leaned a lot from them, I love the shop but impression got ruined by the poor service today.

Went for a pointe shoe fitting and was assisted by a male employee. His attitude was very bad. When she said the shoes she hurt her feet, he raised his eyes and said " I don't know why?!" He was also very impatient. So disappointed that the service of this place has plummeted down the hill.

Very bad experience buying dance wear from this shop! There was a salesgirl always forcing us to go for smaller size which is very tight! It makes my daughter feeling uncomfortable wearing the super tight dance wear and shoes, ended up gave up dancing! Get ready to buy new dance wear and shoes every 2-3 months if follow her recommendations, coz kids are growing up fast!

I was accompanying my daughter for her first pointe shoes fitting and was assisted by the male employee. This should've been a very exciting experience for her and her teacher has prompted us to take lots of pic /videos. However we're very disappointed by the way he attended to us. His attitude was unpleasant from the beginning and he's quite impatient. When I asked him if I could take a picture first, he gave me unpleasant look and rushed me to quickly ask the teacher about the shoes first. At the end I didn't manage to take a pic of my daughter with her first pointe shoes, let alone video her trying them on, as I was so scared of taking too much of his time. We were given First pointe shoes certificate at the end, and my daughter was quite sad when she found out from her friends that they're all given the cert with their picture on it and hers was just a blank one. I don't really care about the picture given if we're given the opportunity to take our own picture. He basically ruined her first ever (could've been an interesting and exciting) pointe shoes fitting experience, and as her mom, I'm very disappointed and to be honest, very unhappy about this.The whole time we were there, we're looking at how the other female employee patiently and pleasantly attending another customer and how we wished we got her instead. If only this could be replayed differently... :((
