came on time at 830am , waited for the doctor nearly 15-20mins , being served for only 10mins and finally , i was charged at $45 with two different prescription of '" medicines " whereby initially THEY WANTED to give me THREE types of medications when i only had a diarrhoea . What's worst is , i met with the SAME DOCTOR (today) that was soooo convinced to me back then which is a year ago that i do not have any SIGNS or SYMPTOMS of CHICKEN POX but actually, I DO!!! I personally asked him and he said NO till right after the next day and yes ON THE NEXT DAY ITSELF , i had CHICKEN POX!!!!!!!! i visited the poly and after a month plus of recovering ,i came back to the same doctor to visit him about my fever and he was AMAZINGLY SURPRISED OR my terms of saying " PAISEH " because i told him off that i knew i was going to have chicken pox but he wouldn't believed me. He was embarrassed to the fact that he was wrong and i was right and he did not wants to charged me expensively . Guys, listen to ur own self . if you know your own body when u r going to fall sick, trust ur own instincts . Never listens everything what the doctor's says. You know your own body . I regretted coming here today and I WILL NEVER EVER WISH TO COME HERE AGAIN! fyi, they have their own guidelines of consultation. $10 is for registration , $35 to $45 will be for the short consultation and $45 to $75 is the long consultation . Dont even mention about the service of the staff. Just Please dont ever visit them and go to the other clinics even by all MEANS. Thank you!

Visited both the female and male doctor on different occasion but both were disinterested during consultation. I told them I was still feeling unwell after rounds of diahhrea and the female doctor said you shouldn’t be feeling so weak, it’s only diahhrea. Never ever gonna visit them again. I’ll rate them zero star if I can.

Dr Singh is a family doctor whom I’ve visited since I was a young child. Even though I’ve moved away to another part of Woodlands, I would still make it a point to visit him whenever I’m unwell. He’s professional, knowledgeable and caring in treating his patients which is evident in the number of patients at his clinic. One might need to wait awhile but I’d rather do so knowing he’s taking the time to attend to every patient’s symptoms than rushing through the consultation session.
