P	Phat Gia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst massage service ever. Cheating customer with hidden cost. Buying packages but find way to say full and not available and make the package is expired without using. Not sure how come such a shop can open to cheat people. Good luck for your business.

Make appt a few times for lady massager but fails ended package expired. Feel doubted by the owner when I bring out my point. How could it be? (Well, how would I possible know as the person being rejected?) Paid $348 for the package, use 3 times ($39x3) $117 (even without discount its $135) and the rest of the $200 is for me to get a REAL lesson! Seriously, after the service recovery call from the Owner, I think I am quite confirmed that my decision is Right! I should not throw more $$$ in just to extend my package with them. I dont feel valued at all as a customer. Take it as a lesson learnt! Bye Bye my $200...

We were shown the prices on the menu, which is considerably higher than the fave voucher. However, when asked, she suggested that we do not buy the fave voucher and instead purchase their services directly from them so that the price would be even cheaper. Effectively, this means that the shop has different price range. Next the masseurs. We had one old man and a lady. Look at what was placed on the ground - a clock. Why? So that the masseur can spend his time checking the time. In between stopping whatever he’s doing to gossip/talk to the female masseur. Even his skills were haphazard. Having had so many foot massages, we are pretty sure randomly slapping calves do not feature as proper massage techniques. The female masseur’s technique is more for those who want a foot massage without any pain. For those who are looking for a serious foot massage, you’re better off elsewhere.
H	Hey K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here about three times now. Honestly speaking, I was disappointed the last time I was here. The lady doing my feet was mainly just rubbing it - didn’t feel like a massage at all. However the first time I came, the male masseuse had done a great job and seemed to know what he was doing so I decided to give it another go. This time it was a male masseuse - not sure if it is the same guy - and it went extremely well. He did seem to doze off a little for a minute but came back. That’s alright -happens to the best of us (as long as u don’t do it all the time! ;)) I would recommend the male masseuse if looking for a proper massage. For people who want a massage without pain, look for the lady masseuse! The man at the front desk is friendly too! Good service :)
M	Ms Cheng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed a good one hour foot reflexology at Sole & Soul at Funan Mall two weeks ago on a Monday morning. Couldn't remember the name of the friendly chinese female therapist , but she really did a great job with good massage techniques. Highly Recommend this place .
