★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service i ever met at compass one branch. Staff admins are very rude and do not care about parents enquiry. Told us to send email to complaints and sarcastically mention that even you complaint also no use. Basically I have sent email last week until now seriously no one replying my email. No wonder they are so arrogant, as they knew all the complaints and enquiries will not be bother by the institute. The senior chinese short hair aunty is worst, told me to withdraw if not happy with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i had a great few years with stalford. For the last two years (sec3 and sec4) i was taught by mr adrian tan (amaths) and mr gabriel(pure physics) . Both of them in their own ways made sure their students finish the lesson with some understanding on what was just taught. They would never hesitate to offer a helping hand and i’m truly grateful for that.
