★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The outlet really needs to improve on the hygiene level. There were dead bugs on the floor and the worst was I got bitten at least 5 times during my less than an hour duration there. Seriously? Very infuriating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to have good staff, but not anymore. Very rude staff, he was checking own cell phone during customer's waiting. so sad for poor service, treated customer with disrespect. it harms the brand of Starbucks.

However, there were a bunch of children screaming incessantly. Their parents just kept saying "listen" but could not control their children. Disrupted customers who were doing their work or enjoying the cafe ambience, and when someone shushed loudly, poor barista who was cleaning up and did nothing got scolded by the entitled dad "This is a public place and they're just kids, don't show attitude".
Starbucks should really implement a quiet place policy to make sure that customers enjoy their time in Starbucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff (especially the Malay lady) unfriendly except for the cashier. Didn't bother to clean up tables. Wifi wasn't working even though you could log in. Wouldn't recommend here.
