★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor experience with bad customer service attitude. Elderly polar staff miscommunicated customer’s instructions but puts the blame on customer. Provided customer with wrong product in the end. Customer asked for a change however continued blaming customer for having to make staff rekey/explain product change to manager. Ultimately, very dissapointed with the customer service experience. Handling of product was very poor as well, icing of cakes were almost mashed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. It was past 10am already, but the Malay aunty still took her own time putting out the food labels, and answering the phone. She saw me but did not attend to me. I stood there (the only one waiting in line) for 5 minutes. Finally decided to leave to head to work because clearly she was not interested to take my order.
