★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received one less cake , only realised when I got home but went back to solve the problem the barista,Marlon was very apologetic and offered to correct his mistake, customer service was splendid. I dont fancy starbucks but keep up the good work Marlon. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service and not able to control the crowd despite the requirement to keep a distance. This outlet does not even deserve 1 star! Allowed bigger groups of customer to 'snatch' tables. We sat on a table for the past 5mins and this big group of 8+ came and insisted Starbucks had reserved for them. What the hell is this. Also witnessed a customer who went to collect his drink, ended up his backpack got left on the floor and his seat was occupied by another big group. So disgusted by such unruly, bias and ill-mannered behaviour!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starbucks quality is standard, what made me gave this place 5 stars is cos the staff are super sweet and attentive!
I helped to clear the table as they were busy and they thanked me. When I ordered my drink and had to make a run for the washroom, they served the drink to me at my table? Made my day right!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was so rude. Her name is Yuki. Asked for cup sleeves but she was so rude about it. She slammed the sticker label on the counter and her atittude was so bad as she was visibly annoyed. I also asked for raspberry syrup but she explained it to me that ir was discontinued in such a sassy tone. It was not appreciated. I understand that it could be a busy period but I hope they would mind their customer service attitude?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is my first time sending in a review and honestly it was a very bitter experience. the service was prompt however they could improve on their customer service skills. I was in restaurant service and I understand having to take on long shifts with minimal breaks. I was taken aback when the girl taking my order served me in a very matter-of-fact manner. I completely sympathise with being tired however, i don’t think it’s in good taste to be rude to customers who did nothing to antagonise her in any way. I also came in after dinner period so there was no one else in line. I don’t want to be THAT customer but this should be taken a look at. thank you

❤ LOVE the coffee.. nice ambience. Cosy... Comfortable sofa seats indoor and outdoo. Busy place. The staff are very nice and friendly and polite towards customers. Fast service and clean area, great background music the volume of the music is just nice. We usually come at night and usually order Carame machiatto Frap coffee. Speedy service getting my coffee order is quick & I can often find a seat mostly anytime at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with how staff packed food for Grabfood order. Coffee spilled in the carrier bag and my food all soak up, totally ruin my Sunday! I believed I don’t have to describe how the food has become as the photos tell it all!
The coffee cup should sealed up before putting the lid to avoid spillage!
