β β β β β The branch located at downtown east is so unclean.
The tables are not cleaned after customers have dined in and the service is very poor.
Never provided plates or cutlery and still charged us service charge.
The size of the personal pizza was smaller than the normal size that I have ordered previously in other branches.
MOST IMPORTANTLY they did not check if we were vaccinated!
Will never go back to this branch EVER again.

β β β β β Went to DTE for pizza hut only to realised that they cater for take away only. Was told waiting time is 1hr so we are fine and sit there to rest and wait...waited 40 mins and went to check but no staff at the cashier counter despite other customer pressed the bell but no staff come out so I went back to sit. Came back at 50mins and got my order...it was cold already....i think they put my order there for more than 20mins before I pick it up! Ordered the Xmas sharing box, the pizza is damn not nice! No usual pizza taste....WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN!!!

β β β β β OMG ! I should look at the rating before visiting this. We are the only dine in order for the whole place. Order 2 pizza and guess what ? Wait 50 minutes with no pizza ? This miss our order !!! Seriously? The only dine in customer and it still a miss ? No service at all and the dish are very dirty. The quality of the pizza... The photo tell the true.. They give us 6 free chicken wings as apologised but seriously this is a mistake that is hard to believe!

β β β β β Service was so so, but the pizza top was so perfectly charred and the bottom was so crisp. It was the best Hawaiian pizza I had -- which I never expected from a chain store! Super impressed and hungry for more...

β β β β β Service is horrendous. Went to the shop, there was a customer in front of me. The supervisor saw me waiting beside but just gave the guy infront of me his order and just went back to the kitchen, waited 10mins thinking she would come out, she did, just to order KOI infront of my face then went back in to the kitchen. I had to call out loudly hello, excuse me, another staff member had to come out and pass me my pizza which had already become warm at this point. Everyone who orders at the counter will just be told the wait time is 45min but if you place the order online it will just take 15mins. Which makes no sense. PizzaHut sort your shops out or just don't operate.

β β β β β Extremely unprofessional and rude staff at the joint. Be prepared for a long wait and poor customer service. Food is not prepared in a timely fashion even when its is done customers and delivery riders are not notified. Manager and Staff lack basic courtesy,manners and very unplesant. Expect no thank you's nor welcomes. Thankfully the dine in experience is not available. Not recommended to order from this joint.

β β β β β Went to pizza hut, when I was about to order- the cashier says that waiting time is 40mins as though they donβt want us to order. Waited outside for my order, but every person who came after me via online placement of order got pizza earlier than me. Inspite of waiting 50mins, I didnβt get my pizza. I went in and asked and they said that the pizza was ready long back, you should have come earlier. How do we get to know itβs ready when there is no display TV outside? Canβt they atleast let us know itβs ready? Had ordered a can of drink and the lady forgot to keep it. I had to ask. Their only job is to keep everything as per order, even that is done so lazily. Forget that the pizza we got was burnt at the crust. Looks like pizza hut hires someone out there to make pizzas. On top of that the ambience is so unclean. No dine in is there still the tables and everything is so unclean and has food spilt here and there! What a non hygenic place to even take-away food! Please donβt waste your hard earned money on such pathetic pizzas.
