This Starbucks is located just outside between Woodlands MRT and Causeway Point. Is a nice cafe setup. A long communal table is seen at the central of the cafe the moment you walk in. Private corners with tables and chairs are available for those who prefers some privacy or the lounge chairs for those who just wants to Zen. I comes in some mornings st 7am before my commute. I see different staffs every time. It’s a little disoriented for me to see different faces especially on the week that I go every day but I have to say they are all very friendly and some even remember my usual order. Keep up the good work and the clean and comfortable place!

Was served by a staff named Poova and had an unpleasant experience. He made a mistake in one of our drinks but when we clarified with him, he said that he was indeed the one that made the mistake sarcastically. We received hot chocolate instead of hot white chocolate. Then he proceeded to make internal jokes with his colleague about the incident thinking we don't understand their language. Finally, he placed the right drink on the table in a way that seems like we caused the inconvenience. No apologies whatsoever.

my drinks were make wrong at first and the staff keep telling it my order. He don't border and walk away I have to call him a few time re-do the drinks. After re-do the drinks were still wrong. Don't think will visit this outlet anymore with a poor attitude on the staff.

The staff were very slow even though there was not a lot of people there. When he gave the order to me it was regular instead of venti. When he said I was wrong I had to pull out my transaction on the Starbucks app and even then he gave me a grande and got me specifications and drink wrongly Very sloppy

Food is gd and place is less crowded compared to the other Starbucks in the area. Just don’t like how they try to settle new customers request and shift old Customer to smaller table esp when they are doing some work during that moment. Just hope this can be done better

I visited Starbucks at Woodlands MRT Station as I was waiting for a friend. Mira ,the cashier is friendly and takes time out to share information about available food and drinks. She even suggested what I can try on my next visit. As many students used to occupy and sit for hours without ordering any drinks or food,they have now made it compulsory to first place the order then take a seat. My friend was yet to arrive so I just bought a Nur bar for securing a comfortable sofa. I could see many students are using this comfortable place for working on their assignments. I had mango and passion fruit drink and requested for less ice. I enjoyed sipping it while catching up with my friend. She ordered a chocolate drink. We were not rushed by the staff members. There is an open field next to it so I decided to take a photograph there. It was not crowded but all the seats were taken up and there were no queues. I had a pleasant experience ☺.
