β β β β β I chance upon this bakery by chance whilst waiting for my takeaway to be ready. I bought the lemon meringue and Hokkaido polo bun. Frankly at a price of less than $4. This is easily the the best value dessert you could get. The lemon meringue is soooo good. Not too sour or overly sweet. IMO beats Tarte's hands down.
The Hokkaido cream polo bun has great texture. It was flaky yet soft. The cream was delicate and mildly sweet. Very good indeed!
I am gonna worry about putting weight! It's really good and would be wonderful desserts gifts when visiting friends. Their staff are friendly, told me that they have different promotions at their various outlets, e.g trio bundle. I was also told ithat the pastry can keep for up to 3 days in the chiller. Apologies, no photo of the meringue.

Would want to commend their staff especially Bobo for her excellent service, recommending the pastries according to my preference and also her jovial personality makes the whole purchase experience and unforgettable one.
Would be back soon for more!

β β β β β Lemon tart is too sweet. Taro tart is too creamy, with hint of yam and coconut. The biscuit layer is thin and not that great. Visually pleasing to the eyes, so good for gifts. Not the best taste.though.

β β β β β The kazu kazu is the best thus far. We keep coming back for more. The hokkaido cream is filled generously and the crust stayed crispy for long. Very highly recommended!
We tried its polo and crispy cream puff but the kazu outshines. Their cheese tart is pretty good as well.
