Really loved my experience there. Friendly staff and made it easy

Jennifer and colleague was most helpful with our 9yo who was very nervous. We like them for they are able to pierce two earlobes at the same time. However, we were taken aback by the cost of piercing selection from $148-$300. It is said we must take the gold series and nothing else. I wish this was clearly stated at time of booking. It is quite a ripped off. What is wrong with surgical stainless steel or titanium. They say kids can’t wear them even though they had titanium on display. Parents should be inform on the cost to expect at time of booking.

Pierced my daughter’s ears and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Clear instructions and fuss free service. Both lobes were pierced simultaneously in a sterile manner.

Finally got my ears pierced... at the ripe age of 29. Special shoutout to Jennifer who made the experience so wholesome. She taught me how to care for my ears and offered loads of great suggestions. I even got a plush toy, to boot!

Ear piercing is a very important event and milestone for our daughter and we were glad to have chosen Stellar. We were serviced by Jennifer and Mercy and we had a great experience and moment from them. The overall process was smooth despite our daughter cried due to her fear but they were constantly giving her the attention to calm her. Eventually my daughter was calmed and came out with a smiley face and of course with the beautiful earrings on her ears. ?

put off my helix piercing for years and finally summoned enough courage to go and do it today. was served by jennifer whose passion for her job really shines through. she was so patient and detailed that it made the experience really enjoyable. according to my husband, her hands were shaking when she was piercing but it was pretty swift and painless - just the additional lobe piercing i could feel her jolt for a split second but it wasn't a big issue because i understand that it's not easy to do a piercing for others. only issue i have is that for 18K gold, the earrings priced at $300 are really really on the expensive side (not even 22 or 24 or 916 or 999 gold). got taken aback when i heard the prices (was expecting to just spend $30+ for regular sensitive earrings so you can imagine my shock haha) but the service and experience makes up for it. saw a review that the stud dropped and i hope mine will not be like that *prays*

She gave me some advice on how to take care of my piercing well, we also had a small chat about piercings too! She’s very passionate about her job and it can be seen through the way she serves her customers. :) Highly recommend this place!
