Rebonding only lasts 3 months. Disappointed.

Hairstylists here are quite friendly and will recommend the suitable service to you. As with all hair salons, they will upsell services or products but not to the extent of hardsell. Members get 10% discount but on Thursday only, will receive 20% discount instead.

I came to Steve V to do rebonding as a walk-in. They took my appointment for 1.5 hours later. The experience was excellent. Zex was the one who worked on my hair. He was very friendly and no hard selling. Zex was very meticulous to check what I wanted (cut to what length, straight or U-shape cut etc). Some hair stylists don’t care but he made sure he understood everything I wanted. At every step Zex made sure to inform me what he’s doing and was very careful. The hair cut is really nice and the rebonding job is amazing. I had rebonding done just 6 months ago and he advised what best to do to not further damage my hair. Even so, I still got my straight hair. My hair was only done around 9.30pm (their closing time) but I observed that Zex did not try to rush the entire job. I will definitely come back again !

Colouring service was not bad but this outlet as compared to Bugis is understaffed. Stylist to client ratio was 1:2 on my visit and there was only one assistant/receptionist to assist the 2 stylists who were on duty. Waited close to an hour despite having made an appointment.

Satisfy with the service received from Desmond. He was patient to understand your needs and will also include his personal advise with some up-sale services on treatment, but not extend to hard selling. He don’t make me feel like urgent off work to complete my hair even after their operation hours. Solute, but I will still advise to get service staff have work life balance unless peak period. The payable amount in the website will be for colouring and subject to addition scalp protection at $88. Take it if you think your hair needed that treatment! ?

Trust me, you won’t regret coming to this salon. At first, I was skeptical about the promotion as a lot of salons in Singapore practice false advertising and hard selling which is truly annoying but here at Steve V, we did not encounter anything like that. My daughter's stylist, Mr. Zex Shim was very professional and patient. As this is my daughter’s first time working with her hair in a salon, she was nervous and did not know what to expect. Mr. Shim explained every procedure to her in detail and that helped her with her confidence. He then proceeds to work on her hair and every step stayed true to his description. No hard-selling, no extra cost, or anything that might pressurized customers. At the cashier when we were about to leave, my daughter received aftercare instructions that teaches her how to maintain the color and care for her hair. We love the extra mile the salon put in for their customers. We are very pleased with the results and we highly recommend Steve V to our family and friends and anyone that wants a good stylist and honest salon to go to. =)
