★ ★ ★ ★ ★ its a small shop that sells standard subway items. Could improve on the aircon coolness tho.
Covid19 made it worse because its so hard to get seats with all that social distancing. Staff are ok, not so approachable friendly but if you were to approach them they would assist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good and all, some cases of the drink machine serving bland soda. However, the main reason why I am giving only 3 stars is because the staff(mainly the full-timers) there is unfriendly. they always seem so impatient and are quite rude. it makes my overall experience bad.
Recently asked my partner to help me buy a turkey sub, instead they gave me a wrong order and the meat was some other meat that was red in colour. My partner was not sure how turkey looks so he double checked with the staff and the staff said “ya ya ya”, end up give wrong order? Maybe train your staff properly before allowing them to work? If not at least have a manager supervising?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid during lunchtime. Orders from deliveries are overwhelming for the staff, you get substandard service. More than once they cant get a simple request right. Separate the footlong subs into two. The staff responded 'ya ya ya' to my request, but i still received an uncut sub

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hangout place to nearby residents. The place is small yet gives a warm feel while dinning in. Every mornings they have a lot of online orders, so the staffs seem to be busy that I have to wait for 5 to 10 mins to be attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food portion depends on which staff is preparing. Queue is very long and it seems that the staff priortise online delivery services than walk-in customer. Too bad the food court is closed for renovation and there isn't other food outlet in sunshine place. You need to wait for half an hour on average during 7-8pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place was alright. A few things to note:
It’s a no-go during busy lunch and dinner periods, they are flooded with delivery orders, meaning that the food YOU get may be of a lower standard.
Small, quite difficult to find seats (as there are not many of them, the seating capacity is <20.
They do not accept Favepay, which was a real bummer.
Store is not “updated” yet (July 2022), not given the new look and furniture new subways got.
