Chris provided us with excellent service & guided us how to order via the QR code. Service was extremely prompt & efficient. 5*++++! Thank you for this amazing food experience & service! ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a reservation at 7 pm and wasn't late for the reservation yet only got served at around 7.10 pm cause the staffs are busy, if you do know that you are badly understaffed for the day you can hire more people since our reservation was technically made a few days before.
Oh yes best part another customer went straight to the staff to tell the staff that they made a reservation. Please take note of the queueing system! If there’s a reservation Q please state, if there’s a walk-in Q please state as simple as that!
I am not here to deal with rude people just here to eat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone who have 7 to 8 years of F&B experience, I went to Suki-ya heartland mall to have my lunch. The lady manager, Rowena is very helpful and attentive. The food was delicious especially the variety of meat however a lot of options during my meal was either unavailable or out of stock. The staff there was unprofessional and lack of proper customer service despite charging customer service fee. Especially the uncle who was rude towards Rowena and when he was clearing my table he didn't know which items to be cleared or not and he almost clear the ice-cream that I was enjoying. Wearing casual doesn't mean I have no money and ordering a lot doesn't mean I can't finish all food. 5 stars for the food and manager but the staff there disappointed my overall experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The soups are nice with rich flavours. Food selection quite okay with different vegetables and frozen seafood. The meats are nicely prepared in thin slices for fast cooking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally a big fan of Sukiya, but i DO NOT recommend going for the wagyu option. Major disappointment. Its basically fats without any sign of meat. Tried multiple plates and its all the same. Would have given 1 star if not for being a supporter of the chain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 1 hr for the meats. Me and my partner had to eat mushroom and cheese tofu to satisfy our hunger. We sent alot of orders on our phone thru the QR code, but some came, some didn't. Please improve your system. And don't bring in customers when you can't handle. Rowena wow the manager is super rude and impatient. Never seen a manager so rude in a long while. Don't work service line la, go out be gangster.
