β β β β β Their nannies are trained by registered senior lactation consultant. I ordered red dates tea, herbal soup and herbal bath from them. Upon signing up, I was given free 6mths insurance for my baby. I'm impressed that they even have lactation consultant. Nanny Jessica helped me out for 56days. She had worked for Japanese families thus her level of hygiene is superb. She handled my baby with caution and takes good care of my family. She has been very encouraging and supportive of breastfeeding. Jessica has never fail to amazed us with her culinary skill. Each and every meal is well balanced, nutritional and tasty.

β β β β β Many mothers had got horrible experience with Super Nanny Services agency, some mothers even went to court to sue them. I regret not having read the forum Singaporemotherhood about mothers' reviews previously.
For myself, I have got terrible experience with their confinement service. Nanny Lilian had no experience as confinement nanny as below:
- put wrong diaper (she kept putting the back to the front).
- cannot soothe baby.
- cannot bathe baby, baby almost falls down to the water.
- refuse to cook confinement food.
When I contacted Alex - the agent, to get the refund or a replacement, he was very rude and refused everything. Don't ever engage service with this non reliable agency.

β β β β β I had bad experience with their confinement nannies. I will never want to engage them for my second baby. The first confinement nanny was a pain, and the replacement nanny was lazy and slow. The agent Alex was rude and rebuffed everything. Truly disappointed.
