★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is always long queue as the service staff are busy chatting themselves rather than serving customers. Food quality is poor as sashimi is served with hair on it.
When I feedback, young female n male service staff both are rude and irresponsible and tries to brush off that its ok to eat the sashimi if they remove the hair and they strongly refuse to change a new plate of sashimi and even laughing sarcastically at how customers can eat whatever they serve

Ordered for specific items from the staff. After a while I had to ask again and was replied with I have to watch out for the item on the belt. Is this a new practice??
Sat there for almost an hour and the item did not appear.
Asked at least 3x staff replied will check BUT NEVER RETURN TO INFORM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hygiene level is seriously bad. The floor is dirty and wet. The utensils r dirty. Cups n chopsticks n the holder that contain the chopsticks r seriously dirty. When was the last time it was wash n clean i wonder..serving sushi on an express level is 1 thing, Is the hygiene on an express level also?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always eat the plates with saba fish without rice. When i ate at this shop, i waited for a long time, maybe 20min, so i asked the staff why no saba fish. After about 5 min later i saw only 1 saba fish on the belt. Then sometime later, 5 saba fish plates. After this, i dun see anymore. Maybe they are not doing well in this business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is always short on salmon sashimi and I have to wait for 15 mins or more usually after requesting for it. Usually I'm almost done with my meal by then. I've even encountered them running out of sashimi before during lunch. If you like sashimi avoid this branch and head for kovan or somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequency of various sushi is taking too long. Send in different kind of sushi batch by batch otherwise have to request. Plus dining limit is an hour. So if you waiting for you favourite sushi you have to wait. Taste is average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good impression. Wait staff were attentive, polite, and enthusiastic, even helping a kid with his soy sauce packet. Gunkan selection was a little limited at first, but more came later on. Good value for money. Heartland Mall outlet could stand to learn a few lessons from here. Thanks for serving us, Ching Ching!
