★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Done my PDT here. result delivered via within 24 hours. Done at swab at around 3pm, result was out in healthhub around the next day 9am, email and sms were received around 12pm. fast and efficient. Swabber and reception staff are very friendly too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy to say the least. Just got a small room with someone sitting on a stool doing registration. They will ask you to wait outside even if you have an appointment since inside cannot even fit more than 1 person. Staff is rude and arrogant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a test with Swab Station today and went smoothly however 10 minutes later I realized that the test was taken too early for my flight. Asked if they could discard the old sample and retake it tomorrow offering to pay them for their time and equipment but they refused saying it was protocol to send the sample to the lab anyway. Very disappointing that they have so little flexibility. The sample was sitting right there on the table but I guess there is no room for compromise or customer service when it comes to procedure. Will not come again.
Edit: They actually had the nerve to text asking if they can throw away the sample with no partial or full refund. Wow.
