For my previous trip, i did the PCR test with a major medical chain but this round all their clinics were all fully booked up during the 2 day window for me. I looked up some other clinics (was Sunday) - but none i checked had online booking & have to call on Mon. So ended up trying swab station after reading the other two 5 star reviews. The booking process is simple & doesnt require setting up an account. I got an appt next morning. There is no prepayment needed. I was initially concerned with crowding but i was the only person when i got there. The whole process was fast - just 10 mins including form filling. The two staff present were friendly & efficient. Would recommend for those looking for quick in & out PCR testing and nothing fancy. Pls note only paylah or paynow accepted & MRT travel will be easiest - the mall car parking is not great.

Website look fancy but the location environment doesn't match.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SwabStation was excellent for our pre-travel ARTs. Open on a Sunday and they were able to take us before our appointment time when we arrived early. The staff triple checked all of our details to make sure the certificates would be ok for travel. We got the results in 15 minutes and the notarized travel certificates in under an hour. We will definitely use them for our future travels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an extremely fuss free and efficient experience, the entire PCR swab (after registration) completed in less than a minute! Staff were friendly and chatty. Location is near the MRT too, a big plus point for its unbeatable price. Highly recommended for a pre-departure swab!
