โ โ โ โ โ I have to thank you for the staffs who helped me today (reception and the professional swabber!! I didn't know they do not accept credit card and I don't have much cash left in my wallet, they are trying their best to help me and direct me to the bank. Highly recommend this station (Parklane).

โ โ โ โ โ This is the second time i come to swabstation Parklane, my first experience which about 2 months ago was quite good , both admin and the male nurse provide fine service. But last week when i come again for my PCR travelling , it was nightmare. The Admin staff is friendly like usual but when i come into the Testing Area, the chinese male nurse quite chubby (fat) , short hair with dye bleach colour (yellow) . He is EXTREMELY ROUGH , he insert the swap stick into my nose very deep and ROUGHLY TWIRL THE STICK 10 times in the nosril . When he finish , i ask him you insert it too deep and and why should u twirl it so many times , I always do PCR test but ever encounter this problem. He just said this the standard , he then do my other nose the same way as he did .
Seriously , my nose HURT, Angry and disappointed with this nurse. PLEASE DO NOT DO PCR TEST here. Admin if u are reading my review, please ask your Parklane Admin about this male nurse . Very bad attitude .

โ โ โ โ โ You may burn your money getting invalid/inconclusive result. No acknowledgement of re-swab and the payment of re-swab when they asked to sign upon registration. No information given why the result is inconclusive or invalid. I would recommend to go proper โclinicโ for PCR test as I just wasted my money without knowing what happened to my PCR test. Had to pay $288 to do express PCR at โanother clinicโ to catch my flight later :)
