Horrible place, best to avoid at all cost. Doctor is impatient and gives off a grumpy vibe. I will never visit this place ever again.

Good doctor for skin issues, i have been going back for years but unfortunately inefficient and bad customer service for the receptionist! Had to wait awhile for me to get in que, had to prompt twice and was replied with an unfriendly "take a seat", without even asking for my contact so she can prepare my medical records.

Last went to this clinic more than 15yrs ago for my son. Due to a recurring eczema, decided to come down here. Arrived at 9.45am (clinic opens at 9.30am) and there was a queue of Indian workers waiting to see the doctor. Clinic assistant literally ignored me even though I was standing at the counter with my NRIC in hand. It was only after a “regular” arrived and talked to her that she acknowledged me and asked me to leave my NRIC in the box and come back after an hour - the same advice she gave the “regular” who just wanted to get medicine for her husband. Came back after an hour and continued waiting for another 15mins before that “regular” was called in to see the doctor. Asked the assistant why that “regular” was allowed to see the doctor 1st whereas I arrived earlier before her, she retorted that the other patients registered MUCH earlier!! LIKE...WTH??...I arrived before that lady and you didn’t do anything to my NRIC...didn’t bother to register me??!!! Only then asked me if this is my 1st time at the clinic!!!

Horrible attitude by one of the worst doctor I have ever seen. A good friend of mine visited this clinic for health checkup. The doctor(male, in his 50s-60s) was rude, loud and unprofessional. He was demanding and instruction given wasn't clear. During blood test, he raised his voice and instructed her not to go for checkups if she is afraid of needles. Even worse, throughout the procedure, he did not sanitize his hands and gloves were not worn. This doctor bring shame to the healthcare industry and his clinic should be blacklisted. They are undeserving for a 1 star rating. If google allows, they should get a 0 star rating instead. If you wish to experience hell, feel free to visit this clinic and be served by this doctor.

I have chronic eczema called Dyshidrotic Eczema, it runs in the family and I've visited skin specialist to help me manage this irritating eczema. It caused me to wake up in the middle of the night because it was very itchy. The cracks were painful and moisturiser didn't help much to ease the eczema. The only medicine that works so far is a cream called clobetasol, a very strong type of steroid. It is not recommended for long term use because it cause thinning layer of skin. I gave up after spending so much, only to be recommended clobetasol and some other (beauty) products to manage my eczema from a so-called famous doc. Yet, my eczema was not getting any better. I chanced upon this clinic because it offers skin management at affordable price. Furthermore, it's quite near my home so I decided to give it another shot after my eczema flared up badly. The doctor checked my hands, commented that my eczema is difficult to be 100% eradicated, gave me some antibiotics and cream to manage my eczema. It only cost $150 to my surprise. Within weeks, my eczema subsided. It has been a month since I visited this clinic. From time to time, the eczema will still pop up but it doesn't itch badly and doesn't develop into huge blister that will become a painful crack. I'm thankful for the doctor, his honesty and affordable price. I'll definitely come back if I have skin issues.
