★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hair stylist does not know what they need to do even when u tell them the type of style u want your hair to be. Is very rough on hair when using the shaver and just pull my hair when its stuck ended up cutting my hair TOo Short that i cant style it. Bad customer service lady staff showing attitude when welcoming customer. Even have the attitude to paste on wall near cashier if customer dont like the staff to tell them. BAD PLACE TO CUT HAIR

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse hair salon ever. Unprofessional and poor customer service. Rather go Kcut, cheap and Good. Went to cut hair at 8pm. He rejected a customer walked in 5min after me, claimed that he did not have his dinner and customer should get the receptionist to cut (receptionist told customer to find him to cut). He then complained about those "late" customers and also questioned me why I came in at this hour. This is the reason why you are here... The shop supposed to close at 9pm not 8pm and boss want you to serve too right? All was done within 15min include washing and blowing .1) Did not TRIM my hair even though my hair is so obviously thick. 2) Don't bother to use hair clips for undercut. 3) Cut straight line hair fringes (parallel to your eyes brows kind). No mood to say much, just pay $25 and plan to visit KCut next week.
