Helpful, friendly and very professional staff, clinic is clean and hygienic, would recommend as the go to pet clinic if you have a feline friend in west Singapore. Since the pandemic is still ongoing, please call to make an appointment beforehand. They will try and book you for same day appointment if your cat requires somewhat urgent medical attention, provided it's within their office hours. If not, you'll be redirected to Westside Emergency Vet.

Try to make an appointment with Dr G. If she’s not around, just go somewhere else. Call before coming. Staff here are nice otherwise.

Good clinic for feline..staff all are friendly..its good to booked appointment,instead of walk in..cause waiting time will be 1 to 2hr,depends on how many visits on the day itself.. Overall its a recomended clinic for feline..??

(Updated) Dr Geetha is no longer at this clinic. Experience with the clinic has been very poor lately. Insufficiently staffed, during Phase 1 can only do phone consultation with no video call. When I asked for video consult, they pushed the case to Animal clinic and didnt bother to share which cat it was, pictures i sent of the issue and whether its urgent. Seems they don't care about the cat at all. I would avoid Cat clinic now. (Old) Dr Geetha and her team are highly experienced and truly love cats! While cats can be notoriously hard to diagnose and hide symptoms all too well, I'm glad to have the cat clinic 100% with us to guide the way. Our cat Spikey's butt is recovering well after his painful ordeal. Thanks to the cat clinic for their immense patience and care (though Spikey is so strong and crazy that I fear he might have scared them!)

Dr Kodera and the staff at the reception ( didn't get her name) was very professional, friendly and patient with explanation, regarding about my cat's condition. I've had paid $55 for the consultation when Dr Kodera detected that my cat was having heart murmur when the previous 2-3 vets from other clinics that have never mention before during the body check-ups, so he was "unfit" for castration and recommended cardiac scan (about $498) but unable to perform the scan upon visit.

I went to the clinic today, the doctor and nurse that helped my cat was incredibly professional yet humorous and kind. Doctor Megumi Kodera treated my cat with patience and care. Even though my cat hissed at her, she did not flinch and kept her ground. I will definitely come back! I would have given 10 stars if I could.

Professional services and friendly staff. Brought my kitten here for his first visit to the vet and doctor megumi put any of my insecurities about my kitty at ease. They also offered a 24 hour helpline in case of any emergencies arising from the first vaccine. Happy to have found this vet clinic :)
