Dr Kitty is very good with animals. She is very detailed in her explaination. First time bringing my community cat which is very fierce and stressed. Prices are affordable. Highly recommended.

Pleasant visit to the vets for one of our community cats. Dr Kitty is really patient and gentle with the cat. There's minimal parking lots available at the driveway so can be difficult to park during peak hours. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming so would recommend this clinic if it's convenient to your location. Nearest train station would be at Kovan but requires quite abit of walking.

I sent my cat for sterilisation here. The staff are friendly, and understanding. I was a really anxious pet mum and had a million questions to ask (through Whatsapp and face to face) but they handled me with patience and sincerity. I would definitely bring my other cats here too for anything else that they can help me with! Thank you, Furiends. Love from Luna & I!

Everybody at Furiends from the receptionist to nurses to Dr. Kitty were all very nice people! Although the receptionist were very busy, they still tended to us while they can. Dr. Kitty was very informative and answered to all our queries. Although it’s just a minor op for sterilisation, it was our first time bringing our dog to an “op”, so glad everything turned out well and Furiends staff were all very reassuring. Apologies for Fuji being so whiny the whole time, but I think she don’t mind being with the staff there! Big thanks to Dr. Kitty and Furiends!

Love Dr Kitty! She's super nice, no nonsense and not pushy at all. Previously brought my dog to remove a wart growth on his lower eyelid and she did a perfect job with it. He also had a ear infection which cleared up after seeing her. Would definitely recommend her!

Visited three times. Dr Kitty is a very nice and patient vet. I feel that she makes sound clinical advice for my cat's condition, at the best interest for the cat. I do not feel pressured to do additional testings or medications. On my second visit, when she was teaching me how to feed my cat the medication after making payment, we realised it is not feasible to let my cat take the medication. Dr Kitty said she will refund the cost of the medication to me on my next visit. It had been almost a month since this happened and my cat recovered very well. Today I went to the vet again to check for ringworm, I was pleasantly surprised that the medication refunded was reflected in the system and was offset in my bill today (very honest). The staff at the counters are also very nice and warm. I think the bills are affordable. It is a very nice and clean clinic. I am glad that I can find a trusted clinic for my pets.

If there is just one vet which you are thinking of entrusting the lives of your cat-friends to, it will be none other than Dr Kitty. Notwithstanding the name, which may already have given her credentials away, she is by far the friendliest, most empathetic, patient and straight-to-the-point doctor. Visits to Furiends are always fuss-free, and Dr Kitty and her team always spare no effort to ensure that my cats feel comfortable and at ease. On top of her daily duties, Dr Kitty sometimes organise sessions to help rescuers neuter the rescued community cats. A true artist of her craft, and her passion and compassion for all furry things are second to none. If I could have one wish, it would be that Furiends have longer opening hours so it would be easier to make appointments!! (sorry Dr Kity and team :))

We love this place. Dr Kitty is friendly, attentive, and truly helpful for both day to day check ups and more intense care cases. The staff is just attentive and friendly. Do try to make appointment instead of walk in (though it is doable) as it does tend to get busy fast. Strong recommendation!
