Fantastic seafood buffet! Fresh lobster, crabs, scallops. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here and the birthday celebration. The following dishes are our favourite: Fresh lobster and crab, black pepper crab, and aburi salmon sushi. Fabulous attentive service by the staff Ameen and Fiona who went the extra mile. They are absolute gems!

We came for the Sunday brunch. Since brunch starts at 12:30 (and ends at 2:30 with last order at 2:00), there was quite a queue developing at the entrance, which is unfortunately right at the bottom of the lobby escalator. Rather than let people continue to pile into a confined space, it would have been better to have some staff at the top of the escalator controlling the flow. Inside, the atmosphere is pleasant, modern, and open. Once we were seated, it was explained that you go to the buffet stations directly, except for the seafood, Japanese, and salads. Those you order by scanning the QR code on your table. Unlike some other hotel buffets, there is no add-on drink option here. Coffee and tea are included (and the Suzuki brand coffee is quite good) but juices and alcohol are a la carte. If you’re looking for a boozy lunch, this isn’t the place. Likewise, soft drinks for the kids can add up quickly. The overall selection and quality of food is good, though not really on par with other hotel buffets in this class and price range. The buffet should really also be three hours, not two. I won’t list direct comparisons here, but I’d encourage you to shop around. Anyway, we tried a range of food. The salad was okay but not super. The sushi, sashimi, and other seafood were all right. The Chinese and Western roast meats and fish were both nice. The Indian food was decent. The laksa was nice. The Peranakan food was tasty. Desserts were nice, too. They had a great selection of ice creams and sorbets, waffles, cakes, kueh, and fruit. Service was overall very good, and it was delightful that they had Korean-speaking staff. Overall, it was a good buffet but I give it three stars because, while there was nothing wrong with it, there is better value to be had elsewhere. I would note that if you’re staying at the hotel and are a Golden Circle member (which you should be), kids eat either free or at half off, depending on their age, something to consider if you’re a tourist or doing a staycation with your family.

Food experience & taste not as good as before covid. Limited food choices. Not worth for the money spend. Salted egg crab doesn’t taste nice. Snow crab leg is not fresh, taste awful. The only compliment are the deserts & fruits.

Brought my wife for here for our wedding anniversary as she loves seafood. I have to be honest with a place like this, You are expected much more by not serving subpar food quality. The Thursday seafood night is a complete flop, from the black pepper crab, salted egg crab taste nothing like what the same says. It doesn’t appear to be fresh either. The lobster, long legged crab and baked oyster is very rubbery and has no taste. To make it worse, your long legged crab came half frozen. Your 8 treasure soup makes the herbal soup from coffeeshop taste like a real gem instead. This is an experience I have never expected from a posh hotel. We made some orders 30 mins before last order at 8.30 but never arrived. Paid the bill and walked off feeling half full despite arriving at 7pm.

Good selection of food and friendly and attentive staff. Fresh seafood station is popular and food is top up very fast. There’s live cooking stations including freshly grilled satay, freshly made waffles with ice cream, noodle station. There’s local favourites like Kueh Pai Tee, laksa, kuehs etc.

The food quality is not value for money. We were there for cny dinner day 1. The main focus was the lobster but it was a great disappointment. It was very hard and cold for the western, soggy for the chinese. N needless to say for the cold cut was very hard and difficult to digest. Kids complain the mac n chesse is not nice at all, sushi was very hard Nobody went for another serving. The miso salmon n braise bass and ribeye was the only repeat dishes we had plus some ice cream and durian cake. Service was very good but food quality is the main focus we choose this hotel 100+ per pax, we expect dishes with quality. Dont tink i will ever be there again! And pls dont tell me i will feedback to the chef, i am not there to be a guinea pig, i paid full premium price to enjoy delicious food but it was really bad, there are many bad comments abt the food, isnt the hotel gona review the chef works?

Had Sat Lunch and Sun Breakfast at the Line. Pros: - Excellent service - Easy to order from the menu - Plates are cleared regularly - Decent selection of food - Food was average and not top-tier any longer Cons: - Roti prata was bad. Tasted like frozen prata with watery curry. Couldn't finish it - Black pepper crab was mushy Based on the many subpar reviews, I believe the management should look into improving the standard. It's not about the price. We can pay, but at least make sure you can assure the food quality.
