D	Dominic Deflize on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sulaiman did a great job fixing my carbon frame’s front derailleur bearing for a fair price. Better than other shop‘s I tried in the past.

Sent them a message through Facebook messager, reply was almost immediate and I quote - "Sorry, our schedule is full. Please contact other shops." They didn't ask what date, time or type of issue on the bicycle that required servicing. I only contacted them because of the reviews on Google. I'm now doubtful of how many reviews are actually real. I'm sure they've enough customers to make profits during a pandemic but they definitely lack courtesy, professionalism and a servicing attitude. My assumption is - Do not expect a response unless your phone number has been saved by them or if you're an existing customer. Not going to contact them again. I'm sure there are other shops who do bicycle repairs in Singapore. Thankfully it ain't rocket science and just bicycle repair ?

P	Paulina Svoboda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suleyman might be great a working carbon fiber, he is not helpful with mechanical parts. Very friendly but accepted payment despite not providing the service. I have an issue with my cassette after I changed wheel, so I brought the bike to him for service, so that he could check and sort the issue out. After two weeks I picked up my bike, and I had the feeling that he only changed the handlebar tape (the one before was new, I had only been out a couple of times with it), and he changed the chain. I had the feeling that he didn't brake the bike apart, cleaned all parts and put it back together like other places I normally get my service at. Worst of all, the new chain made my cassette issue much worse. I brought the bike back for him to find what the issue was. Subsequently I came back two times, always picking back my bike after he had "investigated", but all he did was pedaling against the brakes, thus damaging the wheel and using the brakes. He didn't ride the bike at speed and could never replicate my issue in the shop. It is now 4 months later and the problem is still not solved.
X	Xperia SONY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go to this shop if you need assistance. I had a puncture near his shop and went up to the 5th floor for help. The owner asked me to leave the bike with him and come back later in the day. I pleaded, asking if he could help me out by providing me (for payment) the tools to fix the tyre or do the service immediately as I did not live close to his shop. He grew ruder and angrier by the minute and provided no service. I left in disgust.
t	tetsu sixx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the few shops in Singapore that offers rust inhibiting service for inside of steel bikes. Price was reasonable and turnaround time was relatively fast considering the traffic the shop has. Owner was friendly and open to sharing knowledge as well.
L	Leonard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my Pinarello in for repair because of a fractured chainstay, sulaiman and team did a great job that has me lost for words. The fractured chainstay has appeared to have went back in time, even the paint was matched and decals reinstated. Can't wait to race on it again, will spread the word to friends about the sorcery they perform.
