The Scarlet Singapore

We had a really pleasant experience at the Passion suite. Rooms were clean and service was great! The staffs were really helpful and accommodating, special mentions to Ayub, Faizz and Haziq who there to made our stay much more pleasant with their great attitude! If the management is reading this, they deserve a pay raise! Would highly recommend!

A pleasant stay of 5 days 4 nights in the hotel suite room. Nice and peaceful ambience inside the room with splendid design along the hall way is a great time to spend with family especially during festi season. The room is spacious as well as the toilet. My family loves the bath tub with jazucci. Really relaxing.. Good location within Chinatown. Restaurants and eateries are all around the corners. Helpful and friendly front desk staffs with amazing hospitality during our stay. Special compliment to Faizz who assist us with our stay as well as resolving problem for us from the start till we check out. Thumbs up to him.. Overall wonderful experience.. My daughter and I stayed at the Passion Suite. The room is big, design is very cute very kawaii, & everything is really clean and comfortable. It has a Jacuzzi on the terrace with a very nice view. The complimentary spread is impressive too, 3 bottles of wine, everything in the fridge and pantry. Location wise is just 1 minute walk from Maxwell Station once it opens, will be really really convenient. Shopping distict Chinatown is also just around the corner. And the staff are all well mannered and very very courteous. This hotel is highly recommended. ?

We stayed 3 nights and loved the hotel. The room was spacious(they upgraded us) and very clean. Being in Chinatown it was so easy to get the MRT from the airport. The minibar is free and replenished every day. Maxwell Hawker Centre is just around the corner with plenty of food options. We walked to lots of different places and caught MRT the rest of the time.

The staff at this hotel are amazing. We arrived in Singapore very very late one night and our other booked accommodation fell through. We found a room at Scarlett hotel where the staff went above and beyond to help us. They also assisted me in booking my required Covid test next day Excellent customer service ☺️☺️

The hotel we initially booked for our stay in Singapore was horrible and we were glad to have found Scarlet and switched hotel the next day. We booked the Executive Room, it’s slightly smaller than most hotel rooms we’re used to but it’s cozy with good ambiance and a very comfortable bed! The room was clean and we had really good sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s close to Chinatown, a hawker center, restaurants and bars. We definitely will stay here again.

Had a great staycation here. Room is clean and tidy. The walkway to hotel room is dark and quiet though but you get a good nights sleep. Colonial luxury style and yet heritage theme, go for the room with balcony if available so its bigger. Room came with high ceiling and you get to see morning sun ray. The breakfast is good too.
