★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To sum up, the more premium stock are generally acceptable. However, the lower priced stuff such as breaded fish/shrimp are poor quality and better off to source from the supermarket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality seafood, dimsum and choice cuts. Staff is quite attentive. There is a huge monitor TV showing different cooking tips and tricks, suggested recipes to cook their products, serving sizes and brief background where and how they source the products they sell. The place is organized in such a way that you may easily find what you are looking for. At the cashier, you have a variety of sauces, drinks to choose from which goes along with your seafood purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended by the store people these are prepared freshly daily and sashimi grade. I suggest some labels to provide these can be eaten raw. Even better to provide information how these are prepared on daily basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The young male is very rude along with the tatooed lady manager. It was a year ago. After that unpleasant incident, I decided to never buy here again.
Though, I do not buy a lot, only around $80 every two weeks, I do what I can to teach this shop a lesson! ZERO star is I can give.

SINGAPORE - High levels of the toxic metal cadmium have been detected in crayfish and scallops from seafood supplier Song Fish Dealer, which supplies these to hotels, restaurants and markets, and a recall is ongoing.
The products were also sold at the nine outlets of The Seafood Market Place by Song Fish, as well as Tasty Farm by Song Fish, all run by the supplier.
