★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a pleasant experience, very friendly hairstylist and knows how to cut wavy hair. Everytime i go hair salons they always straighten my hair to cut it (since it’s wavy) but the hairstylist (Leon Tan) cut it just like it as is, and I was very satisfied with the end look :D Would definitely come again next time!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jessie was attentive and patient. she recommended rebonding and colour treatments suitable for our hair type and also trimmed a nice fringe for my daughter. she also explained how to care for our hair to make the treatments last and hair more manageable. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the first salon which I seen before and couldn't handle hair cut for toddler. The lady hair stylist told me please try not to let your son to cry as it will affect other customers. For goodness sake , he is just a child and I can't believe such nasty comment come out from your unprofessional hair stylist. So from this comment I know obviously she doesn't have any children at all. And she told me actually they don't cut hair for children. So obviously I know she couldn't handle hair cut for a toddler. So in the first place if u couldn't handle hair cut for children u should have told me earlier instead of wasting my time waiting at the salon. Very unprofessional service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just did my hair cut and c curl digital perm with Yuri today! Best experience for my first visit! Yuri is always assuring and ensure that the cut is suitable for my face shape and also suits my ever so many requests. Half of my hair were natural curl and half were from previous perm. Chose the Argana treatment digital perm. Will not regret! Thanks Yuri for your 4.5hrs work on my hair. Don't forget to eat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to cut my hair, colour and scalp treatment with Jess. Jess has done a very good service and attentive to my needs. But it seems like the shop needs to have the air con check. It’s very hot and my back was sweating with the towel and apron on.For the first time, I felt so hot in a salon sweating while doing my hair. Jess is very kind and sweet to lend me her personal mini fan. Thanks U Jess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a trim and there was an aunty with skinny build who cut my hair. Not sure if she is a temp staff but it’s the first time I seen her here. While washing my hair, she kept flushing water into my ear til it was blocked. When I told her that my sides are not even, she said my skull is wider on on side by 1-2 inches. It was such a ridiculous statement, but please see the photo for yourself.
Not all the staff there are bad, but this aunty has gotta be someone to avoid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yurie is professional in doing my haircut. She was patient too to advise me on choosing a nice color for dyeing my hair since I had not dye my hair for many years. Great service and am happy as a first time walk-in customer. The outlet may want to consider to improve the air-conditioner though.
