Definitely nope. Ordered wanton noodle soup & pork cutlet fried rice. Wanton Noodle Soup: The soup taste so bland that it’s almost like plain water. The noodle was so hard that my mum almost choked on it. Look if you’re going to be selling food at least sell something that is decent and edible. Pork Cutlet Fried Rice: You think this is at least a cheap copy of ding tai fung’s but hey it’s not even there. I honestly don’t know what I was eating. The pork cutlet is just fried pork with zero taste. The fried rice has enough oil to start a car. I paid $20++ for garbage food. Please close your shop to allow better tenants here.

I will not know about the food quality because I was turned away at 8.20pm for dine in. I understand that last order for restaurants closing at 9pm will be 8.30pm. Unfortunately the staff told me the restaurant is closed. When I questioned the lady staff, she said there are no more orders. I showed her the time on my phone. She asked what I wanted and will only accept takeaways. Would like to know what is the last order for dine in for this outlet. Is it a different practice as compared to other Restaurants? For the price that you are charging, I would had expected better attitude and service.

The service here is quite lousy. Unfriendly staff. The Xiao lung bao broken (all 3 of them) when I tried to pick it up. Probably my skill is not good enough, but I had never broken any while eating at all other dim sum restaurant. A lot of dishes are not available. Mmm!? Duck rice is not bad.

Special thanks to the team especially Kennis who went extra miles to help me to order the longevity buns within 2 days. It really make my dad's day, he was so happy to have that on his birthday

It was so-so only. Char siew while large tended to be tough and dry. Noodles seemed over cooked and very lumpy. Not so sure if I wanna come back and eat tho.

Zero Crystal Jade standard. Isn't them bought over by LVMH? Even thou it's an express outlet in heartland, set some standard please. I came here for my favourite crystal jade congee, but wasn't quite doubtful after looking at the menu, so I order a plain to see if it taste the same as the original. The service staff assure me so, but it's otherwise In taste thou the texture is there. Chilli standard is the same The "outdoor" area is quite warm to enjoy a bowl of hot congee Wanted to sit inside but it's so cluttered and look quite dirty, seats are occupied by staff too. Verdict: Not going back

We visited this cafe because it has the “Crystal Jade” branding. Food quality is not as good as you would expect. Most of the time the servers kept themselves in the air conditioned area. This indicates a lack of interest for customers coming in. I will not be surprised that this business is unprofitable on their walk in sales. There are houseflies roaming around while we were eating which I forgot to take a picture as evidence.

You would think for the prices the food would be at least of decent quality. Yet to our horror, the food was definitely garbage. Horrible. Even some dim sum places found in coffeeshop or even frozen dim sum you self heat up at home can be nicer than this trash food they serve. Ordered varies dim sum dishes -Har cheong chicken - expensive and tasteless - pork cutlet - you would be expecting decent pork cutlet style like those u can find at DTF or imperial treasure, yet to my horror what they served was some breaded chicken cutlet which was not only DRY but tasteless, literally tasted like some frozen food they just heated up for you. We were assigned a table outdoors - and subsequently after some food arrived there were lots of flys around - hence we asked nicely if we could move inside to indoor seating. The waitress immediately said no, and gave the reason that the orders already have set in to system to come to our current table. Since when are your staff so inflexible?? Can't you just take note that we have moved inside? Furthermore - then joke is that there is only one empty table inside the restaurant. How difficult can it be? To be honest it irks me just thinking of the horrid food and poor service. Paid 30+++ for what was a terrible dinner. Please do us a favour and train your staff and chef, or please close down this horrible place. And they even have the cheek to display their whole crystal jade Michelin star branding. Please I would never come back to this restaurant even if I had to starve!!
