Friendly doctors. Good health screening packages and value for money. Have been going here for 3 years, so far so good.

Beware of Dr Lin Ee Jan , he is not suitable to take care of female customers. I went into the room and he complete his assessment in 1 min. He was pure rude . Disgrace to Drs. out there.

Terrible reception, was informed that it would be a 15 minute wait but it ended up turning into a 1 hour wait as the receptionists do not manage the queue methodologically by allowing other patients to go ahead even if they came in much later (simply using any excuses they could come up with). Very unprofessional, very frustrating experience.

The customer service for this place is very very lousy, probably due to busy environment. But if your office is located at this building itself, it is convenient as you can just walk over. However, bear in mind on the waiting time required.

The receptionist and nurse who drawn blood were the worst ever. I still got giant bruise even after few days due to blood drawn. And the way they talk is very unpleasant. They must review their service and improve.

No wifi as the area is very enclosed. Imagine waiting for almost an hour without wifi and staff is not willing to share the wifi password. The area is small and cramp, difficult to breath. have to wait at least 15 mins to receive the medicine even though I'm the first person When u wait for an hr but the dr is not willing to provide more medicine as requested, they are pure lazy

Eerrrnmmm ... Contemplated on reviewing this and decided I should as this has been bothering me for a while. A month or so back had to go for half yearly check up. Reached the place, as usual, getting there already is an experience on its own, went up to the counter, waited for some time before I was approached by a middle aged Chinese lady staff who asked me "yes"? in a very condescending tone. And I answered "I'm here for my medical check up" and she asked "what check up" and I said "company medical review". She then asked "what company" I replied "XXX" and she just told me to sign and sit down. Another staff,a darker skinned lady (not sure Indian or malay) came out and instructed, I literally mean instructed everyone to shuffle. I get the social distancing measures but come on, be gracious. So far the 2 staff have been plain RUDE. I have bee waiting for almost 40mins, and there have been others that came along. And boy they were super rude, obnoxious to say the least. All this while others had came and gotten their fair share of this horrible reception. Got called in to have my blood drawn by this wonderful young long haired, Chinese lady. She greeted me good morning etc. My volcanic mood went dormant, reduced a fair bit. The drawing of blood was a failure as I guess my veins were almost microscopic and that's fine. Got told to have a seat outside yet again and then this happened. A white male guy came in and the Chinese receptionist lady said after he presented his ID, "Good Morning Mr Andrew, how can we help you". This was coming from a lady who a while back was barking orders and questions at other patients especially the darker skinned ones. I cannot and will not stand for any sort of double standard. I'm being polite here if you get my drift. Every patient deserves equal treatment regardless of their skin colour, and there is no 2 ways about it. I verbalized my thoughts there and then and they went sheepish and acted busy. Medical professionals regardless of your job scope or capacity CANNOT behave in this manner. I will not let this pass. Unfortunately I still have to go there but rest assured I shall demand the same respect and professionalism from them. That's just the basics, PERIOD! The 2 stars is really for the doctors who are super nice and to the young Chinese lady, they almost singlehandedly made it bearable to be there.
