★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Woo has been our family doctor for many years. Previously worked at Changi Airport, in the past we had to called the clinic to check her consultation schedule, now she is available everyday at her own clinic.
Dr.Woo is knowledgeable, will listen very patiently. Very kind to provide many emails support to us during covid period when we cant travel. Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Woo Chui Yen is very nice and meticulous at answering questions. She was very concerned about making sure I felt comfortable. Unfortunately, I took 3 stars off because she ran into quite a lot of issues drawing blood from me. It was a painful experience, probably the worst blood drawing I've had so far. I was left with some bruising, though she did explain the causes and reassured me in the follow-up consultation.
It might be good for her to consolidate with her other Trucare doctors/nurses about their techniques or have one of them observe and give feedback for any improvements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the clinic on Tuesday to check whether I can walk in for pfizer vaccine on Thursday night. The clinic mentioned I can walk in before 8.30PM.
When I came on Thursday at 6.30PM, the lady at the counter asked me to wait as she needed to check with the doctor. After waiting for 20 mins with no news, I checked with the lady counter again. She mentioned it was not possible to do walk in and I need to do a booking.
What a waste of time!!

I definitely recommend their expertise and support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a suffering from pain and had visited the clinic Dr. Woo is very knowledgeable and patient and took time to listen to my problems and she took time to explain and prescribed the medication and did not give any unnecessary medication. Would definitely recommend the clinic. Good doctor and clinic in Havelock area. Also the staff were well organized and no unnecessary waiting time
