★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stumbled upon a small joint selling premium grade unagi at Tras Link Tanjong Pagar “Tsukiji Unagi Shokudo”. Best unagi we have ever eaten. It’s simply heavenly!!!! super enjoy . will come back again .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed dining at this quaint but authentic establishment that serves Tokyo-style unagi. It is a small dining space with both indoor and outdoor seating. So, be sure to reserve your seats as it can get really crowded during rush hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a full size A5 Una-Jyu. Unagi bone crisps were served first. My first time trying and wow they were crunchy! A great appetiser!
Una-Jyu and Unagi Hansuke Soup were served next. I like that it was grilled till slightly charred and the texture was indeed fatter and softer than regular unagi. ??
I enjoyed the hansuke soup too, nicer than the usual miso soup. Googled and found out that hansuke = eel heads. No wonder so many bones haha. But the soup was really tasty!

The Owner of the King of Unagi Tsukiji Shokudo is in singapore now for people who have go to Japan to eat the unagi at he Restaurant now you don’t have to go to Japan also can get to eat he unagi in Singapore Place at 1 Tras Link orchid hotel #01-13 they also take reservation you can all this number at 88950780. ?????
