Twelve Cupcakes

Getting annoyed & disappointed because bought 2 times there & ordered 1 time . 3 times ask them put spoon & candle 3 time never give.

At first I was confused because there were more than 12 cupcakes, but after this initial shock I had a glorious experience. My triple chocolate cookie was like eating the off spring of Mohammed Ali and Mother Theresa (crunchy and tough, but with a delicate touch).

Friendly staff at the Jurong Point branch - provided excellent service in selecting a cake for my helper's birthday. Thank you Josephine.

May I ask that you clarify to the masses about your current Halal status? Your Halal certification has been revoked yet you are not publicizing it. The Muslim community is unaware of the change. Kindly be considerate and honest by making an official announcement on your website, Facebook and Instagram account.

Ordered 12 cup cakes at $18:40 but they delivered these small things not their normal cupcakes. Absolute over priced and not value for money. Misleading people order cupcakes but get a miniature version or rather. Some days passed. Still No return Call from Twelve Cupcakes as promised and still No refund or appology. Placed order by 10:30am for delivery today at 3:30. Got this message at 15:05. No Call appology or refund till now.

I've tried several of their venues around Singapore after my entrepreneurship professor brought them up in class in a case study. Here is my review! Cupcakes First, I'd like to point out that I have a very neutral opinion about cupcakes in general. It's something I rarely buy, due to that I prefer more dense and moist forms of baking (like the salted caramel brownie at awfully chocolate, for example). But I guess I can say their cupcakes are good. The bread part of it is spongy and sweet, and the toppings are creative. A typical cupcake fan would probably like them a lot. Cookies This is where they shine! I think the cookies here are their strongest point. Big, heavy, dense, and soft. Definitely quality! ALMOST as good chocolate chips as my American mom's family recipe (nothing beats it). But 12 cupcakes do a pretty close job. Staff The weakest point. I've never even gotten a smile out of an employee. At my latest visit, the girl at the counter was completely lost in her cellphone and it took her over two minutes to even notice that I was standing a few feet from her. When she saw me, she had that quick "oh, not another customer"-look. All the staff I've seen at their venues look bored to tears and unhappy, like they are counting every minute of their shift. Seems to be the perfect place to work for cell phone addicted millennials. I've felt genuinely sorry for them and tried my best to be polite, smile, ask how their day was and cheer them up when I've visited to make a purchase, but as I previously wrote - never even got a smile in return. Conclusion Worth the visit if you like great cookies and can stand the depressive service.

Ordered a black forest cake from them for a birthday. Cake arrived quite messed up and also without candles and cake knife (which were requested with the order When called back to give feedback, was confronted by a significantly rude lady refusing to even extend the courtesy of a simply apology.

Ordered 6 cupcakes via Grab Food for my daughter’s friends, and the cupcakes were all destroyed upon delivery. No chance to taste it and probably will never taste it again. Disappointing experience especially when husband went back to jurong point outlet to show them the damage, the staff were nonchalant and simply put all the responsibilities on Grab. Nothing wrong with that but wished the staff could have just give a couple of complimentary cupcakes to make up for the horrible delivery.
