UNIQLO City Square Mall - 180 Kitchener Rd

Had a very unpleasant experience. Uniqlo Staff should be able give correct information to customer and should be able to handle customer more professionally. In the end felt wasted my time in the store and money to purchase product from them.

Terrible experience. Tried to return items I’ve previously bought, with tags and sticker still intact, only to be questioned by the staff about the item not being brand new. She stated the following reasons to reject my returns: - price tag is LONGER than usual (this is outright ridiculous. I can’t control the length of Uniqlo price tags can I?) - item is crumpled and does not smell new (explained that it’s because the item was on sales and was a popular item, thus was messily placed on the shelves cause everyone was trying it out. Turns out I was too naive to think that she as a fellow employee of the shop would understand.) Managed to return the items in the end, but as a customer the whole experience was terrible as my integrity was questioned by fellow staff members who (1) insisted that I have bought my own cable ties to re-attach the price tag and (2) pasted the size stickers back onto the item after wearing them. Could tell that the staff were not convinced that my returned items are brand new even though they approved the refund. Please improve the quality of your staff. Uniqlo can do better than this.

Good collection, large store, great experience. This Uniqlo store is located on Level 2 of City Square Mall and covers a rather large area. It is well stocked with a broad variety of clothing options for all ages and for both men and women. There is a trial room facility available and the staff, generally available at the counter, are friendly and courteous. I have had to exchange itmes once, and it was smooth. Overall great quality and great experience. Will go again!

Visited 18/5/21 very Poor customer service, staff lack training, cannot handle a simple refund or exchange process well and each staff had gave me different advice for the entire refund/exchange process. Firstly the Chinese senior staff asked me to go and choose any items, and he will refund the balance or he could do an exchange for me. Next after about an hour of choosing my intended exchange items, I was told last minute by another malay staff that the product which I intended to refund have to be done back at the flagship store or only outlets which carry the specific product.

Clueless, apathetic workers, who simply do not care, are running the shop. I bought several items, and did not ask for a bag. One of the items had a security tag attached. I walked out after paying, only to have the sensors beep at me, making me look like I stole items from the shop. Embarrassed, I ran back in, and had to wait to be served. When it was my turn, I explained the situation, the girl at the till told me to wait and when the tag was finally removed, I asked for a bag, so I would not look like I stole the items in case anything else beeped. She had the audacity to charge me for the bag. I explained that it was only fair for them to waive the bag charge by way of apology. She stared at me with the same blank face and said, "it wasn't me who served you earlier." No bag, no apology.

This uniqlo is very close to CIQ, and it is usually quite crowded. They have a lot of style of clothes. I like that they carry a lot of heat tech clothes n airism clothes which are very comfortable. The shop assistants are very helpful and assisted us when we were looking for a certain bag that we saw on a mannequin. There is always a guard at the shop entrance, so do make sure you always have your shopping receipts to prevent any misunderstandings if the security guard requests to check your item.

Good experience at this franchise after trialling many others to get casual wear. Cheaper prices and good sales. This outlet particularly was large and had good selection of clothing; the men's casual wear was somewhere in the centre. Entrance is now at the corner. Good staff, and quite helpful. Very common to hear them say 'Welcome to Uniqlo' at random times which brings in a welcoming atmosphere. New sign-up members get a $5 discount for their purchase.

Well stocked Uniqlo smart casual store with Marvel branded T-shirts too! Comfortable daily wear and they now have Billie Eilish merchandise line now in-store. Fitting rooms available if you need to try sizes. Worth a visit if you are looking to update the wardrobe. They also have a mobile app that offer discounts. Conveniently located on level 2.
