★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son and I took a Level 1 Climbing Certification Class at Upwall. The class was well run, and Felicia and Fang were excellent instructors. They made sure all the students were following instructions and that everyone was safely practicing climbing and belaying.
The gym was very well maintained and in a bright open area. The routes were appropriate for my son and I who are beginner climbers.
I will be going back to Upwall again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big thank you to Johannes and Hilwah! Hilwah was very friendly and answered my queries professionally. Johannes was very good with my children and they thoroughly enjoyed the 2 hour What's UP session!
It was a great first experience at Upwall Climbing and we hope to be back again for another session soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upwall Climbing has always been responsive on their communication channels such as WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. I’ve purchased the multi-pass from them when they first launched and due to the pandemic, they’ve kindly extended the expiry date of the passes.
Every time when I visit, the staff there are very friendly and there are many different routes set for different challenges to conquer.
I would highly recommend anyone who wants to try rock climbing or even to take up lessons with them.
Btw, equipment rental such as harness and shoes are free of charge if you follow/like their social media!

Just quite annoyed when there are a kids hogging the auto belay walls and have to waste time waiting for them to switch out. I mean its nice to have kids around but parents gotta help manage and know that strangers are also queue to use...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 10+2 and I brought the kids (2) there 2 times. At most I used up 6 passes. When I went for the third time (14 Nov), they told me my passes are used up. I paid first because the kids were looking forward already and there was a queue. They say they will check and email me on the outcome but there was no news.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent routes for both top rope and lead with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Only downside is that the gym is kinda small. Recommended for all levels of climbers, definitely check it out if you are in the area and interested in climbing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My children (11yo + 9yo + 7yo) were really enjoyed for first time trial wall climb at Up Wall Climbing @ downtown east.
The staffs were very kindly and professional, they
helped us to start and enjoy the wall climbing for first timer.
It was a bit tough to try, but 2 hr sessions fly fast and my children want to go this place everyday now.
Good place for wall climbing with reasonable price.
