★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The veterans, nurses and reception are compassioned and caring for my whippet all the way to his final days, the young male veteran has come of with a little bit of "I'm better then you" attitude but later he seems fine and understanding.
I'm forever grateful what the nurses and counter staffs did for me during my dog's final day as I have requested for euthanasia as he is unable to walk and have cancer lymphoma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience has been very bad with the Vets for Life Animal clinic. The doctor is nice but the experience with the vet clinic in totality has been terrible. Right from the reception to all the nurses that I had to reach out to, they were super rude with all their interactions. I have tried talking not once or twice, but more than 10 times, and every single time, the experience was pathetic. It seems like a business they are running with no empathy towards the pet owners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Headed in to get an over-the-counter heartworm preventative that should have been a quick transaction (no consult required after all). Asked if I could simply grab it, pay and go, the receptionist said “sorry I don’t have the time, I’ve got a lot to do”. Receptionist was dismissive, unapologetic and didn’t want to exchange much eye contact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very positive experience at this clinic and they were able to see my dog for an urgent issue when they were already fully booked, which I so appreciated as it was a stressful moment! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the vet was knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. I appreciate how they have a lot of the equipment (e.g., ultrasound) at the clinic to speed up the diagnosis & care plan.
