★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I has been their customer for more than 20 years but today they really let me down ! The fat Philippine nurse can tell me to go other vat when enquiry about my senior cat medication! I used to recommend them but not today onwards ! I think they are not interested in senior cats .!!!l

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice quiet clinic away from the usual busy locations. Short waiting times if you’ve made an appointment and I find this outlet much less stressful for my cats simply because it’s quiet and doesn’t have all the barking dogs and general bustle of busier clinics.
Dr Felicia Lu is always thorough, patient and open-minded and she doesn’t suggest unnecessary procedures that have little benefit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felica is knowledgeable and very kind to a stray that we brought in. The cat had so many ailments. There were ups and downs but Felica was steadfast, sensitive and caring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my own dog here as she was not drinking water. Vet was kind and experienced. She knew almost immediately what was wrong and what to monitor. Staff was also extremely kind as we did not make a booking but still attended to us. By vet standards the fees were reasonable but of course still more expensive than our convention doctors for human sickness. I would recommend making a booking id you intend to bring your pet here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional and good care of my 11 year old dog for dental scaling. However still not sure how I was charged 960 sgd for it when I was told on the phone it would be roughly 600-700 sgd! (Asked around other practices charge this)
Almost a 5 star for me. Beware of hidden fees.

I reach at 8.15pm ,says have to make appointment at 7.30pm onwards if coming over ,if now at 8.15pm want see vet ,have to pay extra after operating hours fees .So I ask where is the vet ,counter staff says is inside the room ,so at 8.15pm what after operating hours fee have I got to make ? Somemore,counter says vet doctor got something on ,got to go off .Very disappointed,go at your own risk , a totally no responsibility vet clinic
