β β β β β In my five years of coming to Volkswagen for servicing and repairs, it has almost always been a pleasant experience.
Whether Service Staff at the Service Reception (Sharlene, Gigi, September [whom I heard has moved on to another department], Service Consultant (Lewis, Samuel, Hinsedwin, Chu Xian, Alex, Naveen), or Staff at Dialogue Reception (Michael), these Volkswagen/ Ε koda staff members have always ensured that a trip to Alexandra (and MacPherson in the past) is always worth a visit. Their positive and cheerful disposition, prompt replies, sense of assurance and sometimes personal touch in chit-chatting have helped to make the servicing or repair tolerable.
Kudos to the team at Volkswagen!!!

β β β β β I had a windscreen crack badly and guess what all my insurance coverage workshop didnt have any stocks. So apparently i went to agent and was attended by Chris from body & paint department. He was soo helpful in a way that finding for me stock and luckily they have only one left. He did reservation for me and do all the paperwork for the claiming procedure. Very professional and easy to deal with.

β β β β β Excellent service from Ms Tang Shu Shi from Body and Paint, who was most helpful in guiding me through the accident reporting and insurance claims processes. She kept me updated promptly throughout the month long process and was very helpful in pushing for our best interests and resolving any issues that cropped up along the way. Kudos to Shawn as well, who checked in regularly to ensure things were going well. Thanks both!
