★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very strange place - this açaí bowl store is more of a counter situated inside a computer repair store called Mac.Infinity, which made it difficult to locate. Açaí bowls nothing to rave about - the base could be a bit creamier as it was slightly icy. A good and cheap fix nonetheless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acai was bad and icy and tasted diluted. Cheap with burpple but not worth la. Their tea also quite bad, had weird taste. Posted a review on instagram then they were very rude about the review and removed us from their tagged posts so people don’t see the bad reviews. All in all, what even is going on with this shop, bad food bad service bad publicity lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a smoothie ($9.80) and it came 4/5 filled. It was already a small cup yet it wasn’t full. Totally not worth it for the price. Staff mentioned this is the BIG cup already. Will not be back ever, bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not reliable at all. I Came here on Tuesday ( today 4/1/2022) The counter is not open. It states in Google maps is open everyday including today. LAZADA app information states open too.
I will not waste my trip and time again. No point traveling to PLQ OR CENTURY Sq : other outlets to redeem. I already wasted my trip to Funan Mall . The other staffs ( not STAFF OF W-ACAI) inside the Mac facilities dunno why the counter is closed. Why put a Placard : “sold-open” when u have never OPEN in the first place?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this acai bowl. After eating this, i realized how sweet the other brands are. I wouldnt say its bland. Its more of natural and unsweetened acai. Serving size just nice. Will buy again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a large for 14.80 and the ‘large’ container was half full. Misleading based on the 3 container sizes depicted.Only got 3 blueberries - would you only get 1 if you ordered a small ? Confused how the 2 almonds would work in the smaller sizes. Blueberries and kiwi tasted stale. Rip off compared to other açaí bowls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omg I love smoothie bowls but I’m so sorry cause this is the worst acai bowl I’ve ever tasted. It was tasteless, icey and not nice at all :( I even ordered large cause I was excited to try it but it was v bad. The staff was also not v friendly. Despite the bowl having different toppings like granola & fruits, it did not help in making the overall taste any sweeter. It was just v bland and not a pleasant treat. Will not be back unfortunately. Super disappointed :(((( Also, it is located inside a mac repair(?) store which is quite strange & is a rly small space.
