★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fan not working since 8th March 2020. Now 2nd May, D3 dryer is making a very loud screeching noise and thumped occasionally. No phone to call, no paper to write feed back. And I can see the clothes occasionally got stuck in between the door gap. Not sure later my clothes will be spoiled anot. ?♀️Regretted coming back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My helper went to use the dryer machine on 25th Nov around 5pm. Put $6 in and realised D3 machine was out of order. No hotline to call nor email except for a feedback box. No pen and paper provided too. I have to make a trip back with my helper to put in my details.
