Left early even though we paid to stay there for 1.5 hours. It was very saddening to see the dogs looking so lethargic and unhappy. People who paid for the session, including me of course, still try to pat the dog even though they had retreated to the corner. Eventually I felt really guilty doing so and for paying to visit. The bulldog and Spanish were limping. They should not be “working” here. Most, if not, all the dogs are not groomed. I sincerely hope that the owners can consider giving them a break or giving them private space to rest whenever they are tired. It’s not the first time the I have been to a dog cafe. This is the only one that makes me feel bad visiting. Not because of the dog, not because I didn’t get to touch the dog but because I felt really bad supporting this by paying the money to visit.

2 stars because the staff is nice and place is heartwarming with many pleasant dogs however, - dogs are not groomed and looks very hard to walk around - dogs look tired and i think store could do sessions instead of the entire day for all of them - all the dogs were sharing their water bottle and it is not very nice they should have one individually - the dogs are begging for treats and i am kinda curious if they are fed well before the sessions. Overall the dogs are cute and very pleasant but the owners could do much more for them and show them more love and they don’t seem as happy and blessed as those at What The Pug Cafe in Bugis

Overall found the place was ok, but felt sad for the dogs cooped up all day and does feel abit like they were zombies. Some not all were just plain bored and laid around for the duration of our stay and if you want to get some interaction, you have to go to them and pet them but they wouldn't really react to you or shun away. Treats can be purchased to get them more involved but only the corgi was interested in treats, the rest just don't want any and laid around which seemed like they are sick and tired of human interactions. They are used to getting treats which visitor buy and it seems like a bad culture for them to only react to that and I didn't buy any because I didn't want to support this way of getting interaction from them which you need to pay to get attention. Our thought of normal dogs happily trying getting attention were quite tarnished by this experience, but thats what I feel. It felt like this was a just another way to earn money by keeping dogs. Anyway, this is just my personal opinion.

Came here on 31/10/21. Terrible experience❗️ This shop should close down for real. Their staffs are very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Pls go and hire better staffs. The dogs are not friendly and welcoming as well. They only come to you if you have treats for them. Each treats cost $4 The dogs are trained to go to you only if you give them food. So if you don’t have food, the dog wouldn’t even come to you. What kind of dog cafe is this? First dog cafe in Singapore? More like worst first dog cafe. New comer thinking to visit this cafe, I’m warning you that it not worth your time and money. Don’t support this type of business. The dog are lazy and they just sleep when we came. They didn’t come to me because I didn’t have treats for them and the corgi came to bite me multiple times thinking I have treats for him. Rather you go to your friend’s house who have dog cos I’m pretty sure your friend’s dog is much more fun and enjoyable and is free than this ‘boring’ cafe dog.

Wished I could rate this 0 stars because it was a horrible experience. The dogs are all zombies only coming to people who have food. within 1 second after finishing the food, they leave for another food bag. like robots. They seem like they hate people. Restless, unsocial, dogs all seem depress etc. I've been to many dog cafe before and this is honestly the worst. The 2 reception ladies were unpleasant too, they were not friendly. There was also another lady in there who was constantly attracting the attention of the dogs, may be the owner? Kept giving all the dogs food even when the dog turned its head and didn't want to eat .. and basically dragging them to her side . We went as a couple and we wasted our time there, basically paid the money just for the one overpriced drink. Had wanted to leave after 10mins. Saw many people were also sitting there doing nothing and they all looked equally disappointed. Won't be coming again sorry.

This place is a no go. First experience at a dog cafe, and I'm pretty sure that I will not be stepping into another one if they are all in this state. Entry: $11.90 + $10 refundable deposit, includes a drink (requires many add-ons like 50 cents for an iced drink instead of a hot drink) Treats: 1 pack for $3, 4 packs for $9 The dogs shy away from you when you try to pet them or touch them. However, when my friend and I went to buy the treats, the dogs literally come up to us and "begged" for the treats. Most of them were in bad shape as well (limping, has knots, fur way too overgrown). From what we saw, only 2 (corgi and cavalier King Charles spaniel) of their 8 dogs were healthy looking and are running around trying to get treats. In addition, their dogs don't seem to get along, we saw a poodle attack a pomeranian and the staff had to come and break them up. Their corgi was also adding on to the "drama" and kept barking, multiple times in the 1 hour we were there. All in all, the prices were way overpriced, their dogs are unfriendly, and the dogs seem unwell/unfed.

Have a lovely experience with the doggies here. I have grown up with dogs and sort of know their thoughts. If you didn’t have any thing good for them, like treats, they will ignore you. This is normal. Be thankful they didn’t bite you as you are a stranger to them. Please visit this place to de-stress. Buy some treats and see how the puppies will lick your palm. Yes, some dogs are aggressive and some are gentle. There is a Husky cafe in Malacca where there are lots of Huskies. I always love dogs. They are a man’s best friend.

Based on the reviews I was skeptical in booking the appointment. But I went ahead, booked my appointment over the phone call. I got the first slot 12.30 noon time. Check in was smooth, as this is our first time the staffs explained in detailed on the do and dont’s. We moved in, the dogs are already running all over the place. The place is divided into 2. 1) for small dogs and 2) for the rest of the dogs. As per the previous reviews: you need to get the dog food over the counter to attract the dogs towards you. We could able to feed almost all the dogs except corgi, ( that’s on diet when we visited) The staffs explained in detail on which dog to feed and not to feed, how to feed etc. 1.30 hours went like seconds. There is a hand wash to clean up while leaving. Overall a awesome experience.
