On 9 July 2019, I buy two of Arsenal jerseys 19/20 at this place for first time and I feel that this place was so amazing with the very good service by one Malay guy. I also asking him about to put printing and he tell me full of details about it. So I agreed to do printing on both jerseys. I'm so sure that I will come back again on next time.

Huge store, lots of footballing merchandises. I was extremely pleased to be served by one of their indian staff, Govin who gave me tips on the different types of footballing boots to use, and i purchased one because of him. Thanks bro, keep up the good work.

I bought a pair of Adidas soccer shoes in early April from Weston Vivocity and I was attended by a young Chinese guy whom was very helpful in giving me a few sizes to try and sharing tips on choosing the right size. The selling price was cheaper than Adidas online. For some reasons, this particular model is not available at Adidas brick and mortar stores.

Called them to ask for availability of a pair of football boots, they said they have it but when I went there they told me they do not have it. I travelled an hour for nothing! When I'm there they even told me that I should have given them the product number, instead of apologising. When they did not even ask for it on the phone call. Awful customer service.

Wanted to get some Christmas gifts for my boyfriend and uncle and was utterly appalled by the rude and unpleasant service by the staffs (namely Lucas and Farhan) at Weston Corp Vivo City outlet. As I had to unfold the polo shirts/shirts to look at the entire design, both sales staffs looked so annoyed that they had to fold back the clothes after I unfolded them and were sighing as I was enquiring details regarding about the sizing. Very impatient as I was considering between the different designs. When I finally bought the merchandise, Lucas even had the audacity to place the shirts in a torn plastic bag, which I had to then request for a new plastic bag as it was meant to be a present, (which Lucas then sighed again?!) Really disappointed in such customer service. Makes customers like myself wonder whether Western Corp even do screen through their sales staffs, and provide proper training. Or are the staffs underpaid to justify such behaviour.

This place has got terrible customer service. We went to get a gift that was presented to us exchanged as it was the wrong size. Tags were not removed, receipts were intact and in fact we went the next day since the person who gifted us also provided the receipt. The customer service allowed us to exchange which was great, but what's with the attitude towards treating us slowly and keeping us waiting as if we are not worthy of your service. Furthermore, they told us that the exchange can only be done once, so if we get the size wrong again - no exchange. That's understandable but the way it was communicated was very appalling. I left with such a feeling that I won't forget for long. In fact, I don't recommend this place at all.
