I order 3 egg fried rice from IMM Wokhey through the wokhey link and it was my mistake i didn't read that it was only for self collect. They dont have their own delivery services. When i knew about it. I quickly search my email, my msg for the order number, and wokhey website, trying to reach out to them if it possible to cancel my order. So i went to the wokhey chat. Jasmine asst me patiently cos i kept asking for refund. Jasmine told me it was impossible as they alr prepared. I told her i was unable to self collect. The journey is quite far from my home. I keep on searching for driver and they charge me peak hrs rate. So expensive for my 3 wok hey! I was so sad.I told Jasmine if she could able to find a driver for me. At the same time i just want to forget about it and order another meal.But this kind hearted Jasmine, she reached out my case to her management and out of their goodwill they arranged a delivery to my house. I am so thankful and felt very sorry to trouble her. Thank You so much Jasmine! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first Wok Hey experience, was really looking forward to it. I ordered a truffle egg fried rice with chicken. Was expecting a decent fried rice experience. But, was kinda disappointed. The Truffle egg friend rice got no truffle taste at all, and the Chicken only got 2-3 small pieces.. inside got a small strand of hair among the chilli. Really have to look into this matter :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can always rely on the Wok Hey standard for whipping up a good takeaway meal. I like that you can easily customise the ingredients, and also how efficiently the orders are prepared and served.
Yesterday I ordered the ramen & added on some vegetables but the add-on order was overlooked. Reached out to their CS online for the feedback & was quickly assisted by Jamie who offer me a service recovery voucher for me to place another order. Appreciate the kind gesture.
I'll definitely be back for more of the Wok Hey goodness.
