Wondrous Glamping

My kids planned a surprise birthday glamping for me. It was really a good experience and I had such a great time with my kids! Although it was raining, we played games to fill up our time. The tent was spacious for my family. I have recommended Wondrous glamping to my friends.

I had a wonderful time with my wife and had a very nice experience with them. The staff were friendly and helpful. The camps were clean and brand new...highly recommended...

I recently engage Wondrous Glamping for a birthday suprise for my sister. And they did an awesome job! Would definitely recommend their service!

Writing this review as experience was so unpleasant. Meant to be a birthday surprise but ended up spending my birthday dealing with communicating with the staff. First of all, was met with terribly frustrating experience sending them the permit for camping multiple times but they kept saying it was never received on their side and was going to cancel our booking. Apparently they claim because it's Agoda's fault and not theirs as they never intended to list there. How is this our fault? I'm not sure. Second, this was a birthday surprise but there was 0 communication on how we were supposed to let them know. My boyfriend DID indicate on the booking in Agoda but again they blamed it on us for not saying it afterwards. Because "it's not their fault they were never meant to be on Agoda and can't see any comments made on the site". Less than an hour of checking in and we could not stay any longer after talking to the staff. By the way fans did not work, we put it on level 3 and my hand infront of it and no air was coming from it. Tent extremely stuffy and the outdoors were x10 more cooling. Moral of the story is, fine they have their side of their story. But problem is that no accountability was taken on their part to say that "yes, we take responsibility". We are the customers paying them $190 and it's a fact that it also was not our fault for all of this happening. They talked like there was nothing they could have done to prevent this but there is. They could have indicated in BOLD words on their listing for customers to book them through booking.com instead of agoda, that they are uncontactable through agoda. As a business, no initiative also taken to clarify with us what we wanted, extra balloons, style of bedsheets etc. I hope that they learn from this lesson. Next time, know your position as a professional selling your services. Take accountability, take initiatives to help your customer feel better about this experience. Priority should always be making sure your customers are satisfied and happy. You cannot just continuously say its not your fault its not your fault and expect your customers to think that everything is okay. It is also Agoda's fault. But the way they trouble shoot and handle unhappy and confused customers was the problem here that we felt so uncomfortable with staying more than an hour. But thank god to them allowing us to cancel and give us a refund. I'm at least grateful for that part.

The service provided by the team was great. I made a surprise anniversary package for my wife and the service from liaising via WhatsApp to checking out was great. Highly recommended. Kudos to Wondrous Glamping for surprising my wife!

Planned a surprise birthday glamping for my friend. We had so much fun during the stay. The weather was perfect. The fan and the bed was good too. Despite it being air bed, the team do provide an air pump in case the bed slightly deflate. Overall it was a good experience with Wondrous Glamping.
