โ โ โ โ โ I have Known this Chef for 30 years! Ex Raffles Hotel BBQ Chef, lost his contact and was just made aware of his whereabouts!
Finally made my way this morning, and what a reunion!
Perfect Food, excellent Wanton, HKG Style Mee Pok very nice!
Loved the Soya Sauce Chicken, albeit the sauce a tad thick, but boy was the chicken perfectly cooked! Kailan side dish perfect!
But do expect to wait, at 8.30 am the Lind was already 15 people deep! Chef starts at 3am, food served from 8am, likely closed by 2-3 pm!
Highly recommended, and for earth sake, for take away please bring your own container!

โ โ โ โ โ Succulent and tasty chicken. The noodles however taste like factory made noodles you get at the supermarket. It is not tangy and delicious enough. An improvement would be required on the taste and texture of the noodles before such a long queue is justified. Everyone is just queuing out of nostalgia and the created hype. I hope the noodles can be improved on my next visit.

โ โ โ โ โ Very authentic HK style soy sauce chicken, and the wontons much bigger than other local stalls

โ โ โ โ โ Expect to wait quite a bit for this, I spent 40min in queue with about 15 people before me! This is one of the better soya sauce chicken Iโve had, the chicken was moist and tender with a really good bite! Ordered the thin noodles, which absorbed the sauce well but tasted just like average wanton noodles. If I were to queue 40min again for this, I would just order a whole chicken instead ? Also, checked with them if they had chicken rice but they only have white rice which was quite a pity.

โ โ โ โ โ Simple and tasty soya sauce chicken noodles! The noodles were QQ and the sambal was spicy, don't say I didn't warn you? Came at 1130 and thankfully had to wait only 10mins. Had I come slightly later, I would've ended up waiting much much longer

โ โ โ โ โ As per other users' comments, it is a long waiting time, around 20 to 40min as the stall is manned by a older couple. However, the chicken meat is tender, the soy sauce taste great and I guess it is worth the wait. By the time, when it was my turn, the rice had sold out,. Hence, we chosen noodles with chicken. Next time, I will order whole chicken as the fragrance and taste are great and not easily found.

โ โ โ โ โ Been wanting to try this stall at alexandra hawker centre that sells soya sauce chicken for quite sometime. The last time I came here, the queue was too long and decided not to try. Came back here and was surprised that the queue was short and decided to give this a go. I queued for 10mins before it was my turn to order. Apart from noodle, they also served rice here.
Order their soya sauce noodle which was SGD$4.50 and additional SGD$1.20 for wantons. Noodle was nicely cooked, texture of noodle was springy. Chicken meat was flavourful and tender even for the breast meat. Wanton was quute nice as well, filling very generous.
Overall, worth queueing for the soya sauce chicken.
