I've gone here many times over the 15 years I've stayed here. I've been among their first customers. Lately, as they got more popular, the waiting times increased exponentially. The service has frankly become rude as they gained popularity. Basically, if youv'e got a one person order, well too bad for you, it's not good enough for them--that's why it's never on a first come first served--like they used to be. Today, for the first time in the years I've been there, they cheated me. What should have been a 7.50 meal a the maximum (after the minimum 30 minute wait), the service staff just declared, 'ten dollar!' Don't go here. Your 'small business' isn't welcome here anymore. Bring your dollar and your time to the other stalls in AFC. They've got good stuff and the new ones deserve a chance. I just don't like the entitled, arrogant and dishonest stall they've now become. What a real pity. Will never visit again.

Saw an image of takeaway packets of salted egg chicken with rice on this page and decided to order one for myself. Expectation: it looked pretty generous and definitely looked good. Filled up 1/2 packet of the takeaway box. Reality: was only given pathetic portion and small bits of what seems to be like leftover crumbs of chicken. Filled up only 1/4 of the takeaway box. Really, how did this place get so many 5 stars reviews? Take your money elsewhere, probably the curry rice stall at the other corner that is more value for money, big portion of chicken cutlet and it only cost $3 to $3.50.

Curry fish head is very good. Sambal lala good too. Prepare to wait 45 min to an hr during weekend. Dishes don't come at the same time. Can not fault them as only 1 cook. Please be patient and considerate with them.

This stall serves authentic home cooked Chinese zhi char food. There are hits and misses but mostly hits! Tasted quite a few of their dishes and I could say they do better than most of the established bigger zhi char stall at Kopitiams.

Really good and affordable tze char dishes, though it may sometimes take a little longer. Had the Mongolian pork ribs which was really flavourful

Cheap @$25 and good... we had Claypot Curry Fish head and Sambal Mussel.. Power ! Must try ! I know pics don't looks good, cos I'm not a good shooter but i eat a lot hor !
