ZUYUE Javanese SPA Upper Thomson - 908F Upper Thomson Rd

My friend and I took advantage of the promotional offer for 60mins foot + 60min body massage for $76 at this branch because we've tried the service at Zuyue Sembawang 6 months ago, and we were very pleased. We thought maybe we try the nearest branch, after all it's the same company so the standards of service should also be the same. The 60min foot massage was very good, worth the money we spent we can say, but the body massage was so weird. At first I thought I was the only one experiencing discomfort and unpleasant experience with the quality of the massage but to my surprise my friend also told me about how weird the massage went for her. We were in the same room with the two masseuses for the body massage. The masseuse who did the service on me has a bit of experience I could say but she seems to be rushing, and her hands are too heavy I couldn't relax myself because I could feel like she's pushing my body too hard and it wasn't really going well. After less than an hour we were done, so I asked my friend how did it went for her. She said she was disappointed because her masseuse seems to focus more on her butt and groin areas. Surprisingly, it was the same thing with my masseuse. She spent more time on my butt and legs to groin. We don't know whether that was the standard procedure in that branch but we were just very disappointed because we needed that body massage really bad. It was my friend's Birthday the night before and we were really tired and we were looking forward to relax and have a restful time. Unlucky for us, we didn't get it for the body massage. ?? We wouldn't want to come back to that branch ever again and we wouldn't want anyone to have the same unpleasant experience that we had. Lucky for those two masseuses, we didn't get their name.

First time here and thumbs up for the great massage. Will come back again. The pressure of the massage is just right.

Tried the foot massage at this outlet as it was not far from my place. The massage was quite ok but place was not sufficiently dim and chair could not recline so I did not feel as relaxed. It’s difficult to change the chairs but maybe they can consider to dim the lighting.

Previously went to Sembawang branch and feel good with Zuyue foot and body massage. Today I tempt to tried new branch here since is also more convenient for me. Requested Siti to do 2hrs body massage as I read a lot good reviews about her. With no disappointment, she’s really good, from head to toes, the pressure she put on me was just nice, she some more very concern and will ask if I’m fine with the pressure. She is the best masseur I had so far. Keep it up! ?

I had visited AMK branch previously for foot massage by Ms Siti once. After Springleaf  branch was opened, I visited the branch and was surprised that Siti could still remember me. I must say that Siti is polite and friendly. She focuses on providing professional body and foot massage to help her customers to rest and relax their bodies well. Because of Siti, I become a regular customer to Springleaf branch and will definitely recommend Siti to others. Keep it up ?

Made a call for booking and was answered by a polite lady name Kimberly. Took up a 1 hour body massage by masseur name Siti. Massage was good with the right amount of strength and technique. Reasonable pricing as compared to others. Keep it up!Will return again.

Passed by this place several times, and decided to try after reading the good reviews here. I go for massages every 2 weeks, and thus have high expectations with my massages. This place exceeded expectations. Room is clean, with no musty smell. Love that they offer heated beds, which make the entire experience even more comfortable. My masseur, Siti is great - you can tell if a masseur is good by how they massage your neck as it's a very sensitive area. She exerts just the right amount of force - enough to release tension, yet protecting the delicate area. Thumbs up! Will def return. If the store can offer packages, or allow us to use Grabpay, it would be even better :)

Randomly chanced upon this massage parlour and tried the quick 30min leg massage for only $20. Didnt expect much but the massage felt not bad. The ambience was relaxing, the sofa was comfy, and the masseuse was professional and polite. Would definitely return again!
