★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have an aggressive dog who is not easy to work with and Jem has been really great at understanding my dog's anxiety and handling him during his grooming sessions. He hates shower time but absolutely loves her as she has really taken the time to build her relationship with my dog. I trust Jem 100% with my dog's grooming needs. Jem is always quick to reply and accommodate to my requests.

Knowing my girl is at a clean and safe grooming space puts me at ease. Best of all, my girl comes back smelling and looking fresh and beautiful after every session. 10/10 recommend. Thanks Jemima.

Besides being skillful and super friendly, Jem has always been excellent taking care of my dog - after each grooming session, she would send me pics of my dog and would also advice me ways in which I can help improve my dog's health. Thankfully to her, my dog is getting better and better. Felt so blessed to have found such a young, passionate, and knowledgeable groomer. Immensely recommending her services to all pawrents out there. Outstanding services with reasonable charges ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time grooming with Jem!! She’s really friendly, patience & understand what kind of hairstyle I want for my fur kid together with her great skill I’m very satisfied!! Plus Nana hates grooming salon, always have to drag her in.. But when I bring her to Jem place she’s willing to go in and play with Casper(Jem Fur kid) I don’t have to worry leaving her there ?
