Dr Nor Azhar was very attentive and patient with my son. This Is our second time and Dr even checked previous record and ask how was the reaction of the previous medicine and ailment. Good Counter Service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reviews I've read here was the reason we went to this clinic and it surely did not disappoint. The staff and Dr. Nor were warm, professional, and kind. We highly recommend going to this clinic. The prices are indeed reasonable. First time I have encountered a doctor in Singapore (as I am not local) who is warm and genuinely concerned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic is ok. Clinic open from 0830 to 1pm,but door close and you need to register at window. No signage or information at location i had to wait from 0825am till 0850 before i realize need to register at window. After register,need to wait because doctor have not reach yet. Doctor is experience but clinic sercvice not that experience. My thought only. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are good but the clinic assistants generally need proper attitude training, be more professional and customer friendly. Most recent experience really makes me angry and want to submit my review: my maid went for medical checkup on 6 Jul, and was told by a chinese clinic assistant to go JE ctrl for Xray (name of plc not given, expect her to just go and find. I checked and apparently there are many diagnostic centres in JE ctrl). She came back home after wasting few hours outside, went back to Zam clinic on 8 Jul and was told the correct plc to go is CCK Polyclinic!!!! What a bummer!!!! Will you not be angry?
