★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally had gd experience with Angela. She has been treating me as a customer the way it should be. There is a gd customer experience with her.
Consultants in this outlets are not as friendly and the worst experience , they will treat u nice when they asked u to sign packages else usual days no greetings.
Also this outlet is so lack of aircon. It’s quite a disappointment paying few thousands and yet the salon are using fans. The image of this salon is not ideal at all.

The staff here are very positive and helpful group compared to others that I have been, especially Ms Annie Ooi who haa been attending to me. Her service is superb, very personalised and attentive, always make me feel so good after each treatment. I always look forward each week for my treatment by Annie.

Angela has been the one attending to me mist of the time and I find her professional and treat her customer with care and patient.
